	Mike Richards I have been looking forward to the opportunity to step back into the search industry and make use of the wealth of knowledge I have gathered over the past 22 years of being involved in the property market. Conveyancing Data Services has a fantastic attitude towards providing great customer services and from the experiences to date their client retention is second to none.
Finance Director
	Peter Stebbings Peter Stebbings has joined the Board of Directors of Conveyancing Data Services as Finance Director. A Chartered Accountant with considerable commercial, financial and international experience gained from his time at Alfred Dunhill International, Yorkshire Television Group and A Novo Group (a global provider of repair and logistics services to High-Tech industries).
Sales & Marketing Director
	Matthew Joy Having spent my entire working career within the property industry, on one side of the fence or the other, there is very little about buying and selling property that I haven’t experienced. My passion is delivering great customer experience and ensuring that each and every customer of ours receives the service they deserve.
Operations Director
	Lee Richards My involvement with England & Wales’ largest, independent conveyancing search provider dates back over 10 years. Throughout this time I have gained significant insight into the property industry and experienced both the joy and frustrations that come with bringing new products and services to the market.
Business Development Director
	Jonathan Stebbings My area of expertise has been innovation in implementing and distributing product development solutions. I have spent the last 10 years working within the property sector which include identifying the most critical business gaps slowing sales growth and delivering strategies, processes and implementing changes to remedy the situation.
