NEW ClimateIndex from Groundsure
As you may already be aware, Groundsure are introducing a new module to their reports - ClimateIndexTM - to help ensure you are compliance-ready with both existing and new climate risk guidance.
From tomorrow, Tuesday 28th June 2022, ClimateIndexTM will be included as standard in Homebuyers, Avista, Screening and Review at no additional cost to you or your client.
Each new report will be provided with an additional cover page explaining what ClimateIndexTM is and why Groundsure have decided to include it. Please also be aware that, as a result of adding ClimateIndexTM into the above reports, the site plan that is usually present on page 1, has been moved to page 2.
